A Good Green Smoothie

For anyone whose ever drank a green smoothie, we think it’s safe to say some recipes are  just. not. good. This recipe however is NOT that. An actually-tasty green smoothie recipe with an eclectic mix of ingredients you might not otherwise think to put together. But it works. It’s good. We promise.

Ingredients

  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 cup cucumber
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 cup ice
  • 2 bananas
  • 1/2 teaspoon spirulina powder
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
  • 3 pitted dates
  • 1 cup spinach
  • Juice from 1 orange

Instructions

Blend it all up, adjust according to preference (add more ice, fruit, etc.) and enjoy!
