This easy 3 ingredient recipe is creamy, dreamy strawberry perfection. That is the beauty of using fresh, in-season ingredients – the flavors that you can achieve with such few ingredients are unparalleled. Have a child who doesn’t care for he taste of plain nut milk? This recipe is great for them too. Naturally sweet and fruity. Enjoy!

- ¼ cup raw cashews*
- 1 cup frozen ripe bananas (cut into chunks)
- 2/3 cup frozen strawberries
- Blend well (preferably in a high-speed blender), adding up to 2/3 cup water (just enough to blend) until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Serve immediately.
*NOTE: IF you don’t have a high-speed blender (Vitamix or Blendtec), you’ll need to soak the cashews in water for a few hours before blending.
