Veggie Pulp Pizza Pie

There are many ways you can use leftover pulp and this pizza recipe is just one fabulous example to get you inspired and started with getting the most from your produce and your daily juice!

Ingredients

  • 16oz veg pulp
  • 1+ ¼ cup flax meal
  • 1 cup h20
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • 2 tbsp tamari
  • 1 jalapeno
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • ½ cup nooch
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions

Blend all ingredients except for the sesame seeds. Once creamy and well mixed sprinkle sesame seeds or “Gosmasio” around crust.

Spread on dehydrator sheet creating a crust if you desire. I used my small offset spatula to achieve a raised crust.
Dehydrate for 15 hours or more at 115 degrees. Drying time will depend on your machine.

TO MAKE PIZZA SAUCE BLEND TOGETHER:

  • 2 CUP SOAKED SUN DRIED TOMATOES WITH THE JUICE INSIDE
  • CUP SUNFLOWER SEEDS
  • 3 CUP WATER
  • TSP TAMARI
  • 4 RED BELL PEPPER
  • BLEND AND SPREAD ON CRUST
    Top pizza off with:
  • cup chopped pineapple chunks
  • 2 cup red bell pepper (diced)
  • round slices of purple onion (thinly sliced)
  • 2 cup cilantro (chopped)stem green onion (chopped)
    Top it all off with a hot sauce drizzle if you want an extra spicy kick!
