Hydrating and nourishing your body has never tasted so sweet! These 2 smoothies are so quick to throw together and will leave you feeling refreshed and revitalized. Kristina recommends sticking a little umbrella in your glass, grabbing your favorite book, and soaking up all this yummy goodness while in the sunshine.
Ingredients
Cool Cantaloupe Smoothie:
- 1/2-1 whole cantaloupe
Totally Tropical Smoothie:
- One mango
- 1/4 of a Pineapple
- 2 Oranges
Instruction
Cool Cantaloupe Smoothie:
1) Blend up a half or whole cantaloupe and let the sweetness sit in your mouth as you swallow it slowly!
Totally Tropical Smoothie:
1) Simply blend up your ingredients until smooth!
Notes
Feel free to chill the cantaloupe BEFORE you blend it up. You will want to drink it as quickly as possible after you blend it to avoid oxidation. It also tastes the best right after you blend it. The longer you wait to drink it, the more you will notice the pulp separating from the juice. This is so hydrating and best enjoyed in the sun or after a great workout!
