If you’re into healthy eating as a lifestyle, then green smoothies likely get made from time to time in your household. This Tropical Green Smoothie is so nourishing and energizing, and is also a great way to sneak vegetables in your children’s diet if they are fussy eaters. We could all use a little tropical getaway right about now, even if it’s just in the form of a tasty smoothie.
Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh mango
- 1 small banana
- 2/3 cup baby spinach
- 1 cup cold water
- 4-6 ice cubes
Instructions
- Add ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
