Tina Leigh has a thriving passion for crafting inventive and nourishing cuisine, therapeutic libations, and for educating the consumer about optimum wellbeing. Having committed fifteen plus years to food and wellness study and experience, she has been exposed to a variety of projects, and brands with whom she has collaborated.
The services she provides include recipe development, menu architecting, wellness education and training, food and health product development, brand ambassadorship, content creation, and creative direction.
As a trained chef, author, certified Integrative Health Coach, and Yoga Instructor, Tina’s skills and expertise are extensive and of value to individuals and professional associations. She has written, edited, and published four books, including Superfood Juices & Smoothies, and Balanced Raw.
