This is a powerful, cleansing and mineralizing juice recipe by Kristina Carrilllo-Bucaram that will definitely warm up your tummy (which ginger!) and make you feel super alive! Ingredients
- Half Head of Romaine
- Italian Parsley
- 3-4 Leaves of Kale
- 3-4 Stalks of Celery
- 1 Cucumber
- Juice of 2-3 Lemons
- Bunch of Cilantro
- Large Thumb of Ginger
Instruction
Place all ingredients through a juicer and strain for smoothest results. Drink and enjoy!
