Prepare yourself for autumn ahead with a boost to your immune system courtesy of this delicious and sunshiney smoothie by Marquis Matson of Real Raw Kitchen. What’s not to love about citrusy fresh orange juice, creamy sweet bananas, enzyme and Vitamin C-rich pineapple and immune-boosting ginseng. Make this one a staple for the weeks to come and help stave off any change-of-the-season ickies.
- 4-5 oranges, juiced
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 cups fresh pineapple
- 1 T ginseng
1. Combine everything in a high speed blender and blend until completely smooth.
2. Pour into a fancy jar and pretend you’re on the beach with me. Delicious.
