Cheesy Kale Chips are great, but these are even better! The onion, brings a whole different awesome taste in your mouth that you won’t be able to get enough of. Why not even try adding your favorite spice, who knows- it might be amazing!

Ingredients

  • 1.5c soaked raw cashews
  • 2-3 heads kale, curly or flat
  • 1 small red or white onion or 3/4 large, chopped
  • 1 heaping TBLS white miso
  • 1.5 Tbls nutritional yeast
  • small pinch spicy red peppers
  • 2 pinches sea salt

Instructions

Wash and tear kale into small pieces.

In a vitamix add all of the ingredients, minus the kale. Blend on high until VERY smooth, no chunks.

Massage {I really dislike this word} it into the kale pieces.

Dehydrate at about 110 degrees for 5-6 hours, or until crunchy.

You’ll probably have some extra sauce. It makes a great dressing for any dark green salad.
