Perfectly sweet and flavorful Watermelon Popsicles. Popsicles need water and sweetener to freeze perfectly. Watermelon has natural sugar and plenty of water.
These are so simple and you don’t need to add extra ingredients to make these delicious! You can replace the watermelon puree with honeydew melon or cantaloupe puree. Use any fresh organic fruit you have on hand. Enjoy!
- Watermelon, blended
- Kiwi, sliced
- Place the watermelon in a blender, and blend.
- Fill some Popsicle molds with kiwi slices.
- Pour watermelon puree into molds and put them in the freezer. In 15 min insert sticks. Freeze until firm, several hours or overnight. When ready to serve, run popsicles molds under warm water for a few seconds, then pull each one out.
