The Refreshing Green Drink

A delicious green drink that has the freshness of mint and cucumbers, paired with the sweetness of coconut water and dates. Blended in minutes creating the perfect green drink – part smoothie, part green juice.


  • 2 large handfuls of spinach
  • 1/2 of a large cucumber
  • 1/2 cup of coconut water
  • juice of 1/2 lime
  • 2 soaked dates
  • juice of 1/2 lime
  • 1 or 2 tablespoons of fresh mint leaves
  • 1/2 cup of ice


  1. Simply place everything into a blender and mix on a high speed until the spinach is completely broken down and blended into the drink.
