It’s a little hard to believe but we’re actually headed into popsicle season here in the northern hemisphere! This homemade recipe offers a brilliantly refreshing, tart, and spicy kick that will simultaneously cool you off while pepping you up for your next spring or summer adventure. It happens to be very low in sugar too!

  • 2 ½ cups grapefruit juice
  • 1 lime, peel removed
  • 2 inch knob fresh ginger, skin removed
  • ¼ cup fresh mint leaves
  • pinch ground cayenne

  1. Using a high speed blender, blend grapefruit juice, lime, ginger, mint, and cayenne until well combined.
  2. Pour mixture into popsicle molds with popsicle sticks; place mold in freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours-overnight. Enjoy!
