Simple raw zucchini noodles for 1 with a serious boost of brain, heart and skin-healthy omega 3 fatty acids from hemp. This is a great recipe for those that are short on time yet are still committed to their healthy eating. Enjoy!
- 1 large zucchini, spiralized
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 Tbsp hemp oil
- 1 juice of one lemon
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- sea salt to taste
- 2 Tbsp shelled hemp seeds
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and toss to coat noodles.
