Mint Chocolate Nice Cream

For those of us who love mint chocolate chip ice cream, the passion is real. When you need to get your fix, try this dairy-less and refined sugar-free recipe which utilizes a base of frozen bananas, almond milk, vanilla, fresh mint leaves, and spirulina powder for an incredible color payoff + boost of superfood nutrition.

Ingredients

Nice Cream
  • 3 frozen bananas
  • 1/4 teaspoon spirulina powder
  • 1.4 teaspoon vanilla powder
  • 1/4 cup mint leaves
  • 1/4 cup almond milk

Instructions

Chocolate drizzle:
  1. 1/4 cup raw dark chocolate chunks, melted (RFR Tip: you could also use a melted Rawmio Chocolate Hazelnut Spread of your choice)
