- 2 cups sprouted chickpeas (or cooked chickpeas for cooked version)
- 4 tbsp tahini or sunflowers seeds
- 1 medium beet or pitaya
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 lemon juiced
- 1⁄2 tsp sea salt
- 1⁄2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 cup water
- Blend all ingredients until smooth. You will need to scrape down the sides of the bowl with a spatula from time to time. Add water to thin to desired consistency.
