Creamy Matcha Shake

Matcha is such a fun superfood ingredient to play with in desserts, snacks, and drinks not only for the health benefits and rich flavor, but also for the glorious green color it brings to any creation. The best thing about this Creamy Matcha Shake is how ridiculously easy it is to whip up on a warm summer day for breakfast, snacks, or dessert!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup vanilla almond milk, unsweetened and homemade
  • 1 ½ frozen bananas
  • 5-6 ice cubes
  • 1 tsp. matcha powder

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients together until creamy. Enjoy right away or freeze in popsicle molds for later;)
