- 1/4 cup walnuts
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 2 frozen bananas
- 3/4 cup pineapple
- 3/4 cup frozen berries
- Blend the walnuts together with the water until smooth.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth and thick.
