They are just so delicious, however the main benefit is how amazing they make you feel. This tasty version by Karielyn Tillman of The Healthy Family and Home combines fresh coconut milk with banana, mango, and a handful of high-nutrient goodies such as maca, hemp seeds, camu camu and chia for a totally high vibe and power-packed smoothie treat that will stick with you for hours!
1 cup homemade coconut milk (or other non-dairy milk)
1 organic banana
1 cup organic mango (peeled and cubed)
2 organic medjool dates (pitted)
1 tablespoon organic hemp seeds
1 tablespoon organic maca powder
1/8 teaspoon organic camu camu powder
For garnish (Optional)
1 - 2 teaspoon organic goji berries
1 - 2 teaspoon organic chia seeds
Step 1 Add all ingredients into a Vitamix or blender and blend until everything is well combined.
Optional: Add goji berries and chia seeds for garnish.
