Light, creamy, vegan salad dressing is perfect for warmer weather months. Try it over a bed of fresh arugula, micro greens, or crunchy romaine with plenty of cucumbers, tomatoes, sprouts, etc. Enjoy!
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup macadamia nuts, soaked
- 1/3 cup filtered water
- 2 tablespoons organic mustard powder
- 1 tablespoon agave
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- dash of salt
Instructions
Put all ingredients into a high speed blender and add water slowly until desired consistency is reached.
