Creamy and sweet with just the right amount of tang from juicy, succulent raspberries. Enjoy this stripped down and simple fruit smoothie by Nikki Stokes of Eating Vibrantly today for a little mid-afternoon pick me up.
- 2 med (300g) bananas
- 1½ cups (200g) fresh raspberries
- ⅔ cup (100g) cashews
- 6 med (100 g) medjool dates
- 2 cups (500ml) water/ice
1) Put everything into the blender and blend until smooth.
2) Pour into glasses and serve.
