Raw Vegan Banana Raspberry Smoothie

Creamy and sweet with just the right amount of tang from juicy, succulent raspberries. Enjoy this stripped down and simple fruit smoothie by Nikki Stokes of Eating Vibrantly today for a little mid-afternoon pick me up.

Ingredients

  • 2 med (300g) bananas
  • 1½ cups (200g) fresh raspberries
  • ⅔ cup (100g) cashews
  • 6 med (100 g) medjool dates
  • 2 cups (500ml) water/ice
Instruction

1) Put everything into the blender and blend until smooth.

2) Pour into glasses and serve.
