Raw Salad Dressing With No Oil or Vinegar

If you prefer to keep things very simple and 100% whole food-based, this is the dressing for you. Made with only 3 ingredients: sesame seeds, lemon and water. Yep, raw food prep really can be that easy. If you care for a touch of salt, try opting for celery salt, or a few tsp of dulse flakes.


  • 2 tbsp seeds (sesame, sunflower or pumpkin seeds)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tbsp water
  1. Mix the seeds in a clean coffee grinder.
  2. Place them in a bowl and mix with lemon juice and water until well incorporated.
  3. Serve over your salad and mix well.
