Raw Kelp Noodle Stir Fry with Spicy Ginger Almond Sauce

Kelp noodles and veggies galore drenched in a spicy Asian inspired almond ginger sauce. 100% raw and health promoting! Let the sauce sit with your kelp noodles for at least 8-10 minutes or so before devouring, as this will soften the noodles giving them an absolutely delightful texture! Dinner is coming right up….


Stir Fry:

  • 1 package kelp noodles, well rinsed and drained
  • 2 cup baby spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup mushrooms
  • 1 med carrot, julianned
  • 3/4cup cucumber, chopped
  • sprouts


  • 3 tbsp almond butter
  • juice from one lemon
  • 2 tbsp soya souce
  • 1/2t tbsp ginger, grated
  • 1 clove garlic, derooted
  • 1 tbsp water


Stir Fry:

1) mix together in a big bowl

Stir Fry:

1) blend together

Assembly:1) mix before serving and top with sesame seeds. Store sauce separately from noodle/veggie mix so that veggies don’t get soggy.
