Kelp noodles and veggies galore drenched in a spicy Asian inspired almond ginger sauce. 100% raw and health promoting! Let the sauce sit with your kelp noodles for at least 8-10 minutes or so before devouring, as this will soften the noodles giving them an absolutely delightful texture! Dinner is coming right up….
Ingredients
Stir Fry:
- 1 package kelp noodles, well rinsed and drained
- 2 cup baby spinach, chopped
- 1 cup mushrooms
- 1 med carrot, julianned
- 3/4cup cucumber, chopped
- sprouts
Dressing:
- 3 tbsp almond butter
- juice from one lemon
- 2 tbsp soya souce
- 1/2t tbsp ginger, grated
- 1 clove garlic, derooted
- 1 tbsp water
Instructions
Stir Fry:
1) mix together in a big bowl
Stir Fry:
1) blend together
Assembly:1) mix before serving and top with sesame seeds. Store sauce separately from noodle/veggie mix so that veggies don’t get soggy.
