Do you want to surprise someone with something sweet and healthy? These little donuts are truly amazing. They are super quick to prepare and super delicious. They are definitely a sweet treat so be sure to balance the sugar with plenty of greens and veggies. Enjoy!
Yield: 7-8 donuts
Ingredients

- 300 g | 2,5 cups dates
- 30 g | ⅓ cup shredded coconut
- 2 Tbsp carob flour
- 1 tsp vanilla powder
Coconut glaze
- 100 g | ½ cup fresh coconut meat
- 1 dcl fresh coconut water (1 young Thai coconut)
- 100 g | ⅘ cups dates
- 1 tsp vanilla powder
Instruction
- In a food processor mix dates, add coconut flakes, carob and vanilla and mix until it sticks together.
- Form balls then press down a little bit and make a hole in the middle. I used an apple corer which makes perfect little holes.
- For the glaze mix everything in a blender until smooth. Enjoy!
