Raw Donuts with a Coconut Glaze

Do you want to surprise someone with something sweet and healthy? These little donuts are truly amazing. They are super quick to prepare and super delicious. They are definitely a sweet treat so be sure to balance the sugar with plenty of greens and veggies. Enjoy!

Yield: 7-8 donuts


  • 300 g | 2,5 cups dates
  • 30 g | ⅓ cup shredded coconut
  • 2 Tbsp carob flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla powder
Coconut glaze
  • 100 g | ½ cup fresh coconut meat
  • 1 dcl fresh coconut water (1 young Thai coconut)
  • 100 g | ⅘ cups dates
  • 1 tsp vanilla powder
  1. In a food processor mix dates, add coconut flakes, carob and vanilla and mix until it sticks together.
  2. Form balls then press down a little bit and make a hole in the middle. I used an apple corer which makes perfect little holes.
  3. For the glaze mix everything in a blender until smooth. Enjoy!
