Start your morning off with a vibrant colorful, yet extremely healthy & delicious food. This breakfast bowl is a great option to help power you though your day!
Ingredients
- 4 packets of Pitaya Plus
- 1 cup blueberries or strawberries
- 1 large ripe banana
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 1/4 to 1/3 cup plain almond mylk (as needed)
- 2 tablespoons raw stone ground Dastony almond butter
- 1 teaspoon maca powder
- 1/2 teaspoon spirulina
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 to 2 tablespoon raw honey or coconut nectar for a veagan version
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
TOPPINGS
- Mulberries, Pistachios, Coconut, Purely Elizabeths Granola, Goji Berries, Banana
Instruction
- Blend all ingredients in you Vitamix on high until well combined.
- Add almond mylk as needed, but don’t over do it or you’ll have a watery breakfast bowl.
- Top with your favorite superfoods and enjoy the extended energy!
