Radiantly Raw Pitaya Bowl

Start your morning off with a vibrant colorful, yet extremely healthy & delicious food. This breakfast bowl is a great option to help power you though your day!

Ingredients

  • 4 packets of Pitaya Plus
  • 1 cup blueberries or strawberries
  • 1 large ripe banana
  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • 1/4 to 1/3 cup plain almond mylk (as needed)
  • 2 tablespoons raw stone ground Dastony almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon maca powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon spirulina
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 to 2 tablespoon raw honey or coconut nectar for a veagan version
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
TOPPINGS
  • Mulberries, Pistachios, Coconut, Purely Elizabeths Granola, Goji Berries, Banana

Instruction

  1. Blend all ingredients in you Vitamix on high until well combined.
  2. Add almond mylk as needed, but don’t over do it or you’ll have a watery breakfast bowl.
  3. Top with your favorite superfoods and enjoy the extended energy!
  4. Enjoy!
