Raw Porridge! Happy breakfast!


  • 2 c oat groats (soaked overnight)
  • 1 T honey
  • 2 pinches Celtic Sea salt
  • 1/2 c water
  • coarsely chopped Brazil nuts (optional)
  • fresh berries (optional)


In a food processor, process all ingredients (except the nuts and berries) until smooth. Top with chopped nuts, berries and extra honey if you’d like.
