It doesn’t get much more simple and sweet than this recipe by Shernell Cooke of TheRawFoodBeginnerChef.com. A raw coconut cake with literally just 3 ingredients: coconut flour, raw cashews, and a sweetener of choice such as raw, organic, nutrient and enzyme rich honey.
Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut flour
- 1 cup cashews
- 1/3 cup sweetener of your choice
- 1/2 cup or little more of water
Instruction
Blend until cake like, mold and serve.
