This bread is GREAT for sandwiches, for dipping, for putting almond butter and honey on or even avocado. You name it!
Yield: 10 pieces of bread
Ingredients
- 1 yellow onion
- 1 C soaked brazil nuts
- 1/2 C soaked sunflower seeds
- 1/2 C ground flax seeds
- 1/2 C soaked almonds
- 1 tbsp agave / honey
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Blend all ingredients in a food processor or blendor.
Spread on dehydrator teflex sheet.
Dehydrate 6 hrs. remove from teflex sheet and dehydrate 3 more hrs.
