Onion Bread

This bread is GREAT for sandwiches, for dipping, for putting almond butter and honey on or even avocado. You name it!

Yield: 10 pieces of bread


  • 1 yellow onion
  • 1 C soaked brazil nuts
  • 1/2 C soaked sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 C ground flax seeds
  • 1/2 C soaked almonds
  • 1 tbsp agave / honey
  • 2 tbsp olive oil


Blend all ingredients in a food processor or blendor.

Spread on dehydrator teflex sheet.

Dehydrate 6 hrs. remove from teflex sheet and dehydrate 3 more hrs.
