Bananas are such a great base for a creamy, yummy and naturally sweet mixture. They are also free from fat and cholesterol, contain lots of good vitamins and minerals, and contain carbohydrates to provide you with energy and help you to refuel your body! Adding mangoes and blueberries not only gives this recipe a bright and colorful look, it also tastes like summer and holidays. When you make this recipe, it’s important to use ripe fruit, because when using ripe fruit, it’s not only a lot sweeter and better in the taste, it’s also easier to digest. Enjoy!

Ingredients

Mango-Banana Mixture
  • 1 small mango
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp sweetener of choice
  • 1 dash of almond milk, or plant- based milk of choice
  • 1 tsp honey
  • (optional: 1 tsp Organic Burst Maca powder)
Blueberry-Coconut Mixture:
  • 1/2 banana
  • 4 tbsp frozen blueberries
  • 1 tbsp sweetener of choice
  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 1-2 dash of almond milk
  • 3-4 tbsp coconut yogurt
  • (optional: 1 tbsp Arctic Berry Blueberry Powder)

Instructions

Mango-Banana Mixture
  1. Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend to a thick and creamy mixture. Add another dash of milk if desired.
  2. Add half of the mixture into a jar.
Blueberry-Coconut Mixture
  1. Add all the ingredients except the yogurt into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add half of the mixture on top of the mango mixture and on top of that add the other half of the mango mixture.
  3. Mix the remaining blueberry mixture with the yogurt and add on top with some more Blueberry Powder or Shredded Coconut. (I also added some Blend & Co Superfood Blend on top which is highly recommended! )
