Harness the power of health-boosting mushrooms, and nutrient dense tiger nuts to create a delicious plant-based milk which will boost your energy, improve your digestion and foster better immunity.
Ingredients
- ½ cup shredded coconut
- ¾ cup tiger nuts
- 3 cups water
- ¼ tsp Pine Pollen
- ½ tsp Reishi Mushroom
- ¼ tsp Eleuthero root
- ½ tsp Lucuma
- ½ tsp maca
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend on high power until the nuts and coconut are completely ground. It should be a pulp, some of which sinks to the bottom, and some which floats to the top when you stop the blender. The liquid should be cream in colour.
- Once ground adequately, strain through a nut mylk bag into a bottle, or use a fine grade kitchen sieve, pressing the extra liquid out into the jar or bottle.
- Once ready, store in the fridge for 3-4 days. Shake before consuming — it will separate naturally — and use in smoothies, oatmeal or to drink from the bottle!
