Avocado chocolate mousse is one of those desserts that is just ridiculously easy to whip together, while Raw cacao powder is the healthiest and most nutrition ingredient to use. Put these two together and what do you get? A healthy Maca chocolate Mousse to balance your hormones!
- 1 avocado, pitted
- 125ml (1/2 cup) almond or soya milk
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp peanut or almond butter (optional)
- 1 tsp maca powder
- Blend all till smooth. Enjoy straight away or keep in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
