To celebrate this amazing beautiful awesome wonderful day, I made a sweet and refreshingly light drink that offers a healthy version of OJ.
Ingredients
- 1 small papaya (save the seeds for later)
- 8 oranges, juiced on a citrus juicer squeezy thing
- 1 medium carrot
- 1 head of green leaf lettuce, or 2 small heads
- 1 cucumber
- water, as needed
Instructions
- Blend everything together in a high-speed blender
