Here’s a green smoothie recipe that you will fall in love with upon first sip, and NEVER get bored with. It’s time to start glowing. Begin here with a nutrient and chlorophyll-rich green smoothie…that actually DOESN’T taste like swamp water. Promise.
Ingredients
The Base
- 8 oz. (237ml) of purified cold water
- 1 banana
- 1 tablespoon of hemp seeds
- 1/4 of an avocado
- 2-4 leafy green leaves (mix things up by switching between kale, collards and chard)
Add-In Options To Spruce It Up
- Berries
- Parsley
- Fresh turmeric
- Fresh ginger
- Beets
- Lemon juice
- Lime juice
- Red cabbage
- Mint
- Raw cacao powders
Instructions
- Blend everything until it’s creamy and smooth and drink up.
