Green Lemonade

This is a recipe that never goes wrong. The ingredients are flexible with delicious results every time! Parsley is a terrific blood cleanser, lemon balances the body’s pH, and ginger aids digestion. Drink this winning combo as part of your daily wellness regime to keep your body going at its very best.


  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 3-4 cups water
  • 1-2 lemons, juiced
  • A bit of ginger
  • Sweetener (honey, maple syrup, stevia)


1) Wash parsley thoroughly. Cut a few inches off the stems.

If you don’t have a high-power blender, give it a few chops before adding it.

2) Pour in water and blend until smooth. Add lemon juice, ginger and sweetener of choice. You can make this drink taste faintly like lemonade or make it as sweet as you like.

Will keep in the fridge for three days.
