These little bliss balls are perfect for any matcha lover. The first thing you taste is the wonderful grassiness and bitterness of the matcha. Then immediately afterwards your taste buds are greeted by the rich, warming flavor of fresh ginger, chocolate, and dates. Such a wonderful pairing of flavors.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Add everything except matcha to a food processor and blitz until you get a sticky, chocolaty, delicious dough.
  2. You might need to stop a couple of times and scrape the sides of the food processor, then continue to blitz.
  3. Once done, scoop out a bit of the mix at a time (about 20-25grams) and roll into bliss balls.
  4. Roll in matcha tea and refrigerate. They are best enjoyed in approximately half hour. Enjoy!
