While being incredibly simple, 100% fruity, and low in fat this recipe also manages to be incredibly rich, thick and satisfying; Exactly how we like our nog! No dairy, eggs, or sugar went into the creation of this lovely persimmon nog! Enjoy a glass while snuggled up to the fireplace with family and friends. We recommend using super ripe, water-balloon soft Hachiya persimmons or a combination of Hachiya and Fuyu.


  • 2 Young Coconuts (Water and Meat Inside)
  • 2 RIPE OOuueey Guey Persimmons
  • 15-20 Fresh Dates Pitted
  • Half a Tablespoon of Cinnamon
  • Dash of Nutmeg


1) Blend all ingredients in a Vitamix, pour into a perfect persimmon glass, and enjoy with your loved ones!
