Creamy Veg and Zucchini Pasta Alfredo

This is a recipe that pleases, especially those who love creamy, cheesy, comfort dishes.


  • Your choice of Zucchini or Kelp noodles
  • Alfredo Sauce
  • 1 1/2 cup raw cashews
  • 3/4 cup spring water
  • 1/4 – 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • drizzle of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • few springs of fresh parsley
  • sprinkle of organic white stevia powder or 1 drop organic stevia


Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy and toss with zucchini or kelp noodles.
