Cinnamon and Date Shake

Caramel like dates are blended with almond milk, cinnamon and sweet bananas to create a delicious, modern milkshake. The perfect healthy breakfast for someone on-the-go. Filled with lasting energy.


  • 1 cup unsweetened raw almond milk
  • 3 pitted medjool dates
  • small handful of raw almonds
  • 1 small ripe banana
  • 3/4 cups of ice
  • 1-2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon honey


  1. Simply place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until frothy and creamy! Make sure the dates are pitted before added to the blender. Add a little more honey if you prefer it on the sweeter side. Enjoy!
