Difficulty/Easy
This smoothie bowl was inspired by the robust flavors of fresh chocolate mint. Peppermint is wonderful for digestion and any conditions related to stomach health. It’s also great for good breath. Peppermint is very calming and stress-relieving, and helps relieve headaches, and alleviates muscle pain. This smoothie bowl is packed with nutrient-rich goodness to help inspire some serious pep in your step. Plus it tastes good enough to be dessert.
