Better than both crisps and cheese sticks. B-yeast and tamari is used for creating the 5th flavour: umami – which means ‘good flavour’ or ‘delicacy in Japanese. It is also the flavor that the toxic food additive MSG replicates in many processed “can’t eat just one” food items like crisps and chips. Get that satisfaction in a totally healthy way with this easy recipe!
The recipe is from Caroline’s book Raw Snacks

- 2 teaspoons tamari
- 1 teaspoon B-yeast flakes (Nutritional Yeast)
- Mix all the ingredients until tamari And B-yeast flakes have thoroughly coated the nuts. Serve in a small bowl.
