Ulyana says, “It’s the perfect alternative to dairy and can be used on sandwiches, as a dip, sauce or dressing for many meals- cooked or raw, veggie or not.” She used it as part of the base of an epic vegan pizza with plenty of yummy olives!
Yield: 3/4-1 cup cheese
Ingredients
- 1 cup cashews
- 1/4 cup chopped red capsicum
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1/2 tsp ground turmeric powder
Instruction
Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until it’s smooth and creamy.
