Cashew Cacao and Almond Date Nut Milk

Almond Milk with dates

  • 1,5 cup/ 3dl soaked almonds
  • 7 dates
  • 5 cups/ 1litre water
  • pinch of salt

Cashew-cocoa Milk with dates

  • 1,5 cup/ 3dl soaked cashews
  • 7 dates
  • 5 cups/ 1litre water
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • pinch of salt


Add all ingredients for one of the nut mils to a high-speed blender and blend for a few minutes. Strain the milk through a strainer, or through a nut-milk cloth. The milk is best stored in the refrigerator where it stays delicious for at least 3 days.
