Difficulty/Easy
Delicious and healthy Banana Tahini Fudge by Erin Bosdet of Simply Dish featuring Dastony stone ground sesame butter! It’s ultra smooth consistency will absolutely melt in your mouth! Chocolate-free and perfect for kids of all ages (including adults)
Yield: 4-6 pieces
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1/4c of sesame tahini
- 1/4c of coconut oil
- 1 tbsp of coconut nectar (or agave)
- 1 tbsp of raw banana flakes (optional, but it will intensify the banana flavour and add sweetness)
Instructions
1) Whiz the above ingredients away until fully combined and pour the mixture into a small parchment lined dish.
2) Place it in the freezer for two hours or more… we left ours overnight.
3) Remove, slice and enjoy.
Notes
Please note that the fudge will need to be stored in the freezer to keep it firm and chewy. Once at room temperature, the tahini and the coconut oil start to melt.
