Amanda, better known as Raw Manda, is a colorful raw foodist thriving on an abundant life full of vibrant fruits and veggies. Her philosophy on health is simple: feel your best by eating fresh, natural, living, unprocessed foods.
Amanda was deeply moved by documentaries exposing the truths about the food industry and became vegan overnight. She decided to create an Instagram account (@raw_manda) to hold herself accountable for the meals she was eating. While documenting her journey there, she was inspiring others to incorporate more raw foods into their diets with her surprisingly simple rawvegan recipes.
